The person in charge turns tool access on or off. Claim leads, create meeting chats, see the whole agency book, manage templates, and who else is in charge. The agency owner already holds every grant, and that row stays on. An administrator enables an app and assigns which brokers can open it. Spaces Ink is armed by that same person in charge.
