The team is in the room.
Meetings live in the CRM, so the team is already in the room. Open a channel and the sit, the training, and the people on the book are in it.
You talk. You type. The person in charge decides who may chat, take the mic, turn a camera on, or share a screen. A screen share stays dark until that approval is in. Slides are PDFs or images, and they still open when the video is down.
Each broker keeps a profile: display name, title, pronouns, a color, a short bio. An administrator issues the KBG badge or takes it off. The badge means agency membership. It is not a license and not a carrier appointment.
Live video runs on LiveKit. The /livekit path is a separate host. This page does not carry that session.
