Spectre Spaces™ and the hex-S mark are common-law trademarks of Spectre Software Solutions LLC. No federal registration is claimed. Spectre Spaces, the S² lettermark, and the related house marks are trademarks of S2olutions. The agency keeps what it entered. Medicare records received from CMS stay subject to the beneficiary's authorization and to CMS rules, and are not a license to republish someone's claims.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise exploit this software or these marks without a prior written license from S2olutions.
S2olutions whitelists licensed agencies to use Spectre Spaces™. A licensed agency may supply its own logo and agency name for display in front of "Spaces" as a white-label tenant label only. That display does not confer ownership of the software, marks, or product.
Unauthorized use is prohibited. Access is granted solely under S2olutions' terms and any written license applicable to your account.
The workspace
Spectre Spaces gives an insurance agency a desk: clients, households, notes, tasks, documents, meetings, and, when a beneficiary authorizes it, a Medicare Data record. The software does not sell a Medicare plan, does not enroll a person in one, and does not replace a licensed agent or counsel.
The agency is responsible for who it lets in, for the passwords it chooses, and for the client information it records. One agency does not get another agency's book. Demo tenants, when we provide them, are sample data and are not a client's real file.
Beneficiary connection
Medicare data enters Spectre Spaces only when the Medicare beneficiary authorizes this application through CMS Blue Button. An agent may not use an MBI, Social Security number, or similar identifier as a back door to that history. The beneficiary can deny demographic access and can disconnect later. Disconnecting clears tokens and stored claim payloads.
The data that may arrive is Part A, Part B, and Part D information, coverage, and Explanation of Benefits resources, plus Patient demographics only if allowed. Part C claims are not part of this feed. CMS has to approve production access before real beneficiary data can be requested from the production API. Until then, the connection is the CMS sandbox and its synthetic data, or it stays closed if credentials are not configured.
Acceptable use
- Use the desk for the agency's own clients and prospects.
- Do not upload information you have no right to hold.
- Do not probe other tenants, scrape the workspace, or attempt to read tokens.
- Do not present Spectre Spaces, or a draft it helps you write, as a government approval, a carrier offer, or personal legal advice.
Education is not advice
Explanations inside the product, including anything an assistant says about Medicare rules, are general product and reference material. They are not a recommendation of a plan and not legal advice for a person's situation. Plan choice and legal questions belong with a licensed agent or counsel.
I can explain general product and rule definitions with cites. I cannot give you personal legal advice or tell you which plan to buy. Talk to a licensed agent / counsel for your situation.
Drafts
Email composed in the workspace is a draft. Spectre Spaces does not send it on its own. Text messages and outbound calls are not part of this agreement and stay unavailable until a separate program says otherwise.
Availability
We work to keep the workspace up. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular quote, a carrier appointment, or that CMS will approve production Blue Button credentials. Sandbox data is synthetic.
Ending access
An agency can stop using the workspace. A beneficiary can revoke the Medicare connection. We can suspend access that breaks these terms or that puts another tenant's data at risk. Revocation and suspension do not erase an audit line that records the fact of the connection.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, S2olutions is not liable for lost profits, a plan the agency recommended, or a decision made from records the agency chose to rely on. The agency is responsible for the advice it gives its clients. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
